Síria: oposição acusada de crimes

O grupo internacional de direitos humanos Human Rights Watch (HRW), sediado em Nova York, acusou ontem alguns integrantes armados da oposição síria de praticar abusos e crimes que incluem sequestro e tortura de forças de segurança, um sinal da crescente complexidade do levante contra o governo do presidente Bashar Assad.

O director da Human Rights Watch em França afirmou, ontem, que a organização tem provas de grupos da oposição síria “cometeram graves violações dos direitos humanos”, que incluem torturas e “execuções extrajudiciais sem julgamento”.

Human Rights Watch knew all along that Syria's opposition was armed and conducting a systematic campaign of kidnapping, torture, and mass murder but waited until the last possible moment to acknowledge it. As we can see, HRW is funded by George Soros' Open Society as well as a myriad of corporate-funded foundations all disingenuously leveraging the cause of human rights to carry out their agenda of achieving global corporate-financial hegemony.
